Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate. You will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Collaboration with peers and Warehouse Management is essential, as is adherence to safety guidelines and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and report issues to Warehouse Management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
