Job Description
We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning to meet safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Operate equipment safely and report issues.
