Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, your responsibilities will include efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership, provide input to improve processes, and assist in achieving budgeted goals. To excel in this role, you must be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize tasks with efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
