Job Description
We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. Your responsibilities will include efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and inspections.
- Cooperate with peers and provide input to improve processes.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborates effectively.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and follow safety guidelines.
