1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at ALDI. As a full-time team member, you can expect to work 30-35 hours per week with the opportunity to earn up to $23.50 per hour. This position involves a 7:00 AM start time and various schedule options to accommodate different preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational skills and adherence to company standards.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Capacity to move and prepare merchandise for deliveries.
• Operate equipment safely within varying warehouse conditions.
