1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and ensuring the smooth flow of products in and out of the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communication with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate machinery and equipment in a safe manner.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate machinery, and work in varying temperatures.
• Physically able to perform warehouse duties.
