2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the dynamic team at Aldi. If you are dedicated, efficient, and detail-oriented, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
