Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise per product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
- Perform cleaning duties as needed.
- Assist warehouse management in achieving goals.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
