2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. If you are detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment, and thrive in a fast-paced workspace, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
