Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join Civista Bank's Wealth Management team. This role involves providing crucial administrative support to our Financial Advisors and Management Team, contributing to the growth and success of Civista Bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Consultants in establishing relationships with Civista Wealth Management.
  • Assist clients of Civista Wealth Management in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Conduct regular audits of Wealth Management accounts to ensure compliance.
  • Engage in ongoing personal development to stay informed about compliance initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in trust, brokerage, investment, or accounting fields is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to concentrate, read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work with computer screens and reports, sometimes under distracting conditions.
  • Capacity to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
