Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital. This is a full-time position for the night shift (7:00pm-3:30am), offering a sign-on bonus potential of up to $20,000. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will oversee the coordination of resources to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients in alignment with the hospital's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour accountability for resource coordination to deliver high-quality service.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to best practices and clinical interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
- Active Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS certifications.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
