We are seeking an experienced Associate Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying customer needs, developing relationships, and contributing to our growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships and analyze customer needs to identify business challenges in target accounts.
• Participate in an extensive onboarding program to learn about our services, customers, and sales process.
• Develop robust sales skills and techniques to provide value to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to generate leads and exceed quota targets.
• Engage with prospects through cold-calling, emails, and strategic outbound campaigns.
• Utilize CRM systems for accurate activity tracking and personalized outreach.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities to nurture business relationships.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in outbound campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree and knowledge of sales methodology.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Location

• Gaithersburg, MD/ Hybrid.
