Centria Autism is the largest provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across several states. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA Therapy and support to help children achieve their goals.

Position Summary

The Supervising Clinician will provide ABA, behavior analysis, and life skills support to individuals and families, overseeing Behavior Technicians and driving optimal outcomes. Success measures include client retention and team performance.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight and training to Behavior Technicians.
  • Engage parents in the therapy process.
  • Develop behavior plans and supervise staff seeking certification.
