Job Description
Southern Health Partners is looking for a dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our healthcare team at the Clermont County Detention Center in Ohio. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within the correctional facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients.
- Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
- Establish nursing plans and work within the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines.
- Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
