We are looking for a dedicated Diesel Mechanic to join our team serving the Hillsborough Township and Hunterdon County School Districts. As a Diesel Mechanic at First Student, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing school buses to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.

Responsibilities
- Assist with preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and annual DOT maintenance inspections.
- Diagnose and perform repairs on various vehicle components.
- Ensure accurate completion of work orders and provide mobile emergency services support.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to obtain CDL while employed (training provided).
- Minimum 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience or relevant technical education.
- Own a mechanic’s tool set and be open to ASE certification program participation.
- Subject to a drug test.
