Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic/Technician C to join Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. as part of our dynamic team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various freight-hauling equipment, including diesel tractors, trucks, and industrial forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel-powered equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Track and manage work orders to meet service schedules and customer commitments.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Rebuild or repair equipment components as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum of 6 months related experience/training.
- Ability to pass background check, alcohol, and drug tests.
- Preferred experience in Diesel Engine Repair, Automotive Diagnostics, ASE Certification.
Compensation
$28.80 - $35.80 Per Hour
