Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic/Technician C to join Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. as part of our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various freight-handling equipment, including diesel tractors, trucks, and forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair diesel tractors, trucks, and forklifts.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment performance.
- Track and prioritize work to meet service schedules and customer needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 6 months of relevant experience/training preferred.
- Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol tests.
- Prior experience in Diesel Engine Repair, Automotive Diagnostics, ASE Certification is a plus.
Salary
$28.80 - $35.80 per hour.
