Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Customer Development to join our team at CROSSMARK. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering strong relationships with retailers, and exploring innovative revenue opportunities. Your expertise in retailer dynamics, team leadership, and business growth will be instrumental in achieving success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the retailer's P&L, including revenue, payroll, and T&E.
  • Provide leadership to team members, fostering a positive growth environment.
  • Drive growth for CROSSMARK HQ clients above industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong business relations with retailers.
  • Identify and pursue non-traditional business growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Implement client plans for maximum value delivery.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer about customer insights across relevant positions.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for product promotion and additional services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the CPG industry with 2 years of headquarter selling experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work well in office and field environments, with occasional travel requirements.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages may be beneficial.
