Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Contracts and Grants to join Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, MA. As a financial professional with multi-disciplinary leadership skills, you will oversee pre and post contract award administration activities, manage the contract life-cycle, and collaborate with various teams to ensure financial compliance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract bids, negotiations, and proposals.
- Manage contract life-cycle for MOU's and sub-contracts.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reporting to funders.
- Collaborate with state funding partners and manage State billing portals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
- 5-7 years experience in finance, grants, and staff management.
- Experience leading cross-departmental teams and expertise in data & analytics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
