Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced District Manager to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a regional territory of retail service merchandisers to ensure timely project completion and maintain high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to retail merchandisers as the primary company contact.
  • Track project completions in the assigned region, ensuring all account calls are covered promptly and meeting monthly completion goals.
  • Communicate work assignments and project expectations clearly to retail merchandisers.
  • Address inquiries from the Account Management team and collaborate with the Operations Director on performance issues with Service Representatives.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures while documenting communication with retail merchandisers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and Internet-related tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Effective in both independent and team environments.
  • Excellent organization, scheduling, and task-follow-up skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various schedules and deadlines.
  • Resourceful, assertive, detail-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity in work projects.
