- Participate in customer satisfaction initiatives and store tours
- Familiarize with store policies, procedures, and administrative tasks
- Assist in inventory management, store resets, and potential grand openings
- Collaborate with team members for knowledge development and operational efficiency
- Attend trainings and maintain professionalism in all aspects
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities
- Initiative-driven with a commitment to teamwork
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and follow company protocols
- Prioritization skills with attention to detail and adherence to instructions
