Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Learn store operations through shadowing, presentations, and reports
- Conduct customer walks, participate in store tours, and understand the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid
- Support store operations, administrative tasks, hiring processes, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members and attend company trainings and meetings
- Maintain professionalism, adhere to guidelines, and fulfill assigned duties
Education and Experience
In current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in business or related field
