Electrical Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to join our team at One Way Wireless Construction Inc. As a key member of our electrical division, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and managing projects successfully. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical-based customers.
• Estimate projects and adjust bids based on market conditions.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate project estimates.
• Manage awarded projects and collaborate with the Construction Management team.
• Provide regular updates on project statuses and bid progress to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of successful electrical project bidding experience.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in growing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong understanding and alignment with company values.
• Proficiency in Office 365, company software, and customer portals/spreadsheets.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer interactions and project estimates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Previous experience as a journey-worker electrician or Master Electrician.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure build-out projects.
• Track record of successful project completion with new customers.
