Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Managing Consultant to join our team at ALL4 LLC in our Bellingham Office, Washington. As a Managing Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through environmental permitting, compliance, and modeling projects across industries while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves managing project tasks, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining project quality and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical expertise for environmental projects.
• Establish regulatory relationships and provide strategic analysis of regulations.
• Manage project tasks, budgets, and resources while serving as the primary client contact.
• Control project activities and communicate project information effectively.
• Lead projects, expand business with clients, and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain ALL4's core values and quality assurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, geology, or applicable science with 5+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• Strong project management, team leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical experience in environmental areas like RCRA, MTCA, and Remedial Investigations preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Compensation

Salary: $100,000-150,000 annually.
