Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, preventative and corrective maintenance of Astrophysics products.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, ensuring timely completion of service reports and documentation.
• Maintain service databases and communication with customers and headquarters.
• Deliver exceptional customer service experience, support product sales and provide technical training as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or related field, or 2-7 years of technical support/field service experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to travel to various work sites.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities, proactive and team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English, professional appearance and demeanor.
