Fine Dining Hospitality Server

Job Description

We are hiring a Fine Dining Hospitality Server to join our dynamic team at Hornblower - City Experiences in Washington, DC. As part of our City Cruises operation, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests while enjoying amazing experiences on land and water.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers following our RESPECT service system.
• Greet guests and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the point of sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and service stations.
• Participate in guest celebrations and entertainment experiences.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas.
• Collect payments from guests for onboard purchases.
• Offer information to guests about menus, services, and entertainment options.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant preferred.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Service-oriented with a willingness to assist others.
• Basic computer skills required.
