Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Bakery Manager to join Kennie's Markets Inc. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of the Bakery Department, ensuring top-quality products and excellent customer service for all Kennie's customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve department sales and profit goals.
• Control expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Order raw materials and price products correctly.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Ensure effective stocking, display, and merchandising of bakery products.
• Maintain department sanitation and safety standards.
• Oversee Bakery Department employees and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Bakery Specialist on merchandising and sales strategies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and mathematical skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team.
