FOH Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated FOH Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house facilities at Lariat Lodge Brewing. As the FOH Manager, you will play a critical role in organizing activities, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

• Organize and coordinate operations for maximum efficiency.
• Supervise and evaluate staff members across all areas of the establishment.
• Ensure adequate supply levels and equipment quality.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

• Prepare reports for senior management.
• Maximize customer satisfaction by delivering superior service.
• Address product quality issues promptly.
• Schedule and supervise shifts effectively.
• Provide feedback and performance appraisals to enhance staff productivity.
• Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations.
• Enhance the restaurant's image and propose improvement strategies.
• Promote staff education on products and hospitality.
