Principal Accountabilities

• Start at the TS Tech I level and progress to the TS Tech III Level
• Monitoring USDA-FSIS regulatory activities and plant compliance
• Acting as a liaison between USDA-FSIS and plant operations
• Proficiency in tasks on the harvest floor

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Physical ability to stand for hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Beef processing or knife experience
• Bi-lingual (English, Spanish)
• Strong understanding of USDA-FSIS requirements
