Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and start-ups on generators.
• Provide accurate repair quotes and complete work orders.
• Previous experience with residential or industrial generators.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Participate in an on-call rotating schedule.
• Ensure safety compliance with an OSHA 10 certification.
• Hold a valid DOT Card and driver's license.
