Human Resource Paralegal Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Human Resource Paralegal Manager to join our team at Rare Collectible TV LLC. As the Human Resource Paralegal Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance with HR practices and policies, managing employee relations, onboarding and offboarding processes, performance management, training and development, time and attendance management, and documentation and recordkeeping. Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance of HR practices and policies.
• Manage employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Implement performance management systems and conduct reviews.
• Design and deliver training programs for employee development.
• Administer time and attendance tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate HR records and draft employment-related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Paralegal certification or experience is a plus.
• Experience with Paylocity is desirable.
