Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools.

Qualifications

• Must reside within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
• Desire to grow with the company and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma (or GED equivalent).
• Successful completion of a background check.
