Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen.
• Monitor food quality and oversee kitchen inventory.
• Train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff.
• Maintain food safety standards and manage food costs.
• Implement procedures for waste management and record-keeping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve kitchen issues as they arise.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager.
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Restaurant Management preferred.
• Strong leadership and delegating skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment.

Compensation Details

$50,000-$60,000 Yearly Salary + Bonus + Benefits
