We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations at Talent Up Recruiting, LLC. This role involves coordinating shifts, maintaining food production levels, ensuring exceptional service and food quality, managing staffing, and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations and supervise shifts.
• Determine food production levels and maintain staffing schedules.
• Ensure superior service, safe environment, and exceptional food quality.
• Handle weekly food orders, inventory, and training of employees.
• Maintain sales growth, cost management, and profitability.
