Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is seeking a talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. As an LPN, you will assist in directing nursing services, monitoring patient symptoms and reactions, and providing quality care in a compassionate environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services for unit/hall under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Delegate duties and monitor work performance of nursing personnel.
• Observe patients for symptoms and reactions and notify physicians of emergencies.
• Implement changes in orders as instructed by physicians.
• Perform other assigned duties to ensure high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements

• High school graduate and Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, valid license from the Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
• Willingness to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
• Ability to provide quality nursing care, follow doctors’ orders, and have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification and commitment to in-service training.
