Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide compassionate care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist with the daily operations of the unit and provide leadership when needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
Unit Summary
The Hall 1 unit offers sub-acute rehabilitation services with high complexity of needs for residents. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated staff members to join our team.
