Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care and attend to the daily operations of the unit. If you are compassionate, motivated, and committed to helping patients regain function and vitality, we want you to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide medical and emotional care to residents and patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping others in need.
