Job Description
We are looking for a diligent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As part of our team, you will work closely with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide personalized care to our residents. This is a full-time position with day shifts available from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under supervision.
- Attend to the daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to residents in a sub-acute rehabilitation unit.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping others in need.
