Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Skilled Long Term Care facility in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Household units, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations and assume a leadership role on a per shift, household level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
