Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves working in a skilled long-term care setting at Levindale Hospital, Household #1, with a day shift schedule from 7:00am to 7:30pm, including weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing staff.
- Oversee the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Active LPN license.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
