Unit Summary:
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit providing high complexity subacute rehabilitation services. Team members must be compassionate, motivated, and committed to resident care.
Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet resident needs, ensuring quality care on the unit.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills for care plans.
- Operate medical equipment and technology effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize resident care.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
