Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift from 7:00pm-7:30am. You will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure the needs of our residents are met.
Unit Summary
Our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, Hall 1, is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that caters to residents with high complexity needs. We offer comprehensive services and activities to support our residents' well-being.
Job Summary
In this role, you will utilize your nursing skills to attend to the daily operations of the unit, provide compassionate care, and take on a leadership role when required. You will play a vital part in the care and support of our residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent
- Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Less than one year of experience
