Summary
Join our team at Levindale Hospital in Hall 1 as a Staff Nurse for the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit. This full-time position requires a Night shift commitment from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with complex needs. We offer a supportive environment where compassionate and dedicated staff cater to the residents' daily activities and health requirements.
Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to deliver individualized care plans to meet residents' needs. Responsibilities include operating at a shift and unit level and assuming leadership duties as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent
- Licensed Practical Nurse license and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical equipment operation
