Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents, ensuring their needs are met and daily operations run smoothly.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity needs. Our staff is known for their compassion, motivation, and dedication to helping others.
Job Summary
The LPN will utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement nursing care plans. Responsibilities include attending to daily unit operations, assuming leadership roles as needed, and ensuring resident care is of the highest standard.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma)
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
