Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN-LTC for our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment during the night shift. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans to meet the residents' needs under the guidance of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds, offering a variety of support services and daily activities to residents with complex needs. Compassion, motivation, and dedication are key qualities for our team members in Hall 1.
Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse will utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to ensure high-quality care for residents. This role involves daily unit operations, leadership responsibilities, and active participation in the nursing career ladder for advancement opportunities.
Requirements
