Job Description
GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic team of professionals. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property, including small repairs and responding to emergency calls according to company policy.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Conduct small appliance, plumbing, electrical repairs, and other maintenance tasks.
- Be available for emergency calls and respond as per company policies.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification required.
- Exceptional safety skills and ability to lift over 50lbs.
