Job Description
Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking diligent and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at our new cutting-edge manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs. This is a full-time position with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment, focusing on PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
- Conduct electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Be willing to work night shifts including weekends and holidays in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to creating a secure work environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or higher degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in advanced maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Demonstrated expertise in PLCs - Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley, and other relevant systems.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds when necessary.
