Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America (TNA) Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). This position requires expertise in various technical areas such as PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
• Work on robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
• Ensure the smooth operation of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Expertise in PLCs, AC/DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting of objects up to 80 pounds.

Experience

• 4 years of experience in advanced maintenance of industrial equipment.

Education

• Preferred: Associates degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
