Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking dedicated Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our innovative team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery utilizing robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) such as Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
• Ability to work with AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Proficient in electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Educational and experience requirements:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent with five or more years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Experience in maintaining advanced industrial equipment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Preferred Associates or higher in Manufacturing Technology or related field.
