Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC., a leading international tire manufacturing company, is seeking Apprentice Maintenance Technicians for its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. The successful candidates will be responsible for basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and PLCs.
• Operate AC & DC servo drives.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work night shifts including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Experience and Education

• 2 years of maintenance experience required; 1 year of lubrication experience preferred.
• High School diploma required; an Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology preferred.
